Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS to most US addresses. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders within the United States ship free. We currently ship to all 50 US states.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. We are not able to fulfill international orders at this time.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, we can usually accommodate changes or cancellations. Contact us as soon as possible at Support@Jamalimarketcards.com or (206) 227-1573.
Products & Authenticity
Are all hobby boxes factory sealed?
Yes. Every box we sell is 100% factory sealed and sourced from authorized US-based distributors. We never sell searched, resealed, or tampered products.
How do I know the products are authentic?
All products come directly from licensed manufacturers such as Topps, Panini, Bowman, and Upper Deck. We source exclusively from authorized distributors in the United States. Every box includes original manufacturer packaging and seals.
What is the difference between a Hobby Box, Blaster, and Mega Box?
Hobby Box: Larger box with more packs and guaranteed hits (autographs, relics, or numbered cards). Designed for serious collectors and typically available only through authorized hobby distributors.
Blaster Box: Mid-sized retail box with fewer packs. May contain retail-exclusive parallels or inserts. A great entry point for new collectors.
Mega Box: Retail-exclusive box, often with exclusive parallel cards not found in hobby boxes. Usually available at major retail chains and online.
Do you sell individual cards or singles?
No. We only sell factory-sealed boxes and packs. This ensures authenticity and protects the integrity of every product we offer.
Do you sell Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering products?
Yes. In addition to sports cards, we carry sealed products for Pokémon TCG and Magic: The Gathering, including booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, and collector boosters.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened, factory-sealed products. If your box arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@Jamalimarketcards.com with photos of the damage.
How do I return a product?
Contact us at Support@Jamalimarketcards.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, for eligible returns within the US, a prepaid return shipping label.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Can I return an opened box?
No. Due to the nature of trading card products, we cannot accept returns on boxes that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with. Only factory-sealed items in their original condition are eligible for return.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's PCI DSS Level 1 compliant checkout — the highest level of payment security available.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our store uses 256-bit SSL encryption and all transactions are processed through Shopify's secure checkout platform. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
